Although we specialise in the care and protection of primates we cannot stand by and see other animals in need of help. You will therefore find wolves, a fox, horses, donkeys, cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and others at our sanctuary. All are equally important members of our extended family. In addition to all the animals and birds above, a number of wild birds have colonised the lake around Baboon Island. These include Mallards and Moorhens as well as visiting Herons and Canada Geese as shown below
